Our highly responsible and detail-oriented quality control staff makes every effort to achieve our quality goal: zero defects.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"qk-md-paragraph\"><strong class=\"qk-md-strong complete\"><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\"><br \/>Procedures\/Testing Details<\/span><\/strong><\/div><div class=\"qk-md-paragraph\"><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\"><br \/>We have IQC (Incoming Quality Control) to inspect incoming materials and produce first articles before running any parts or assembling products. If any unexpected situation occurs,QC reports it to theEngineering Department for immediate correction. We also have QCs inspect packaging and container loading. All records and memos are kept on file.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"qk-md-paragraph\"><strong class=\"qk-md-strong complete\"><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\"><br \/>QA\/QC Introduction<\/span><\/strong><\/div><div class=\"qk-md-paragraph\"><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\"><br \/>We have implemented the following procedures to ensure all products meet our customers' high standards:<\/span><\/div><div class=\"qk-md-paragraph\"><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\"><br \/>(1) All raw materials and accessories must be checked or tested before entering production facilities. Any unqualified materials are immediately rejected.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"qk-md-paragraph\"><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\"><br \/>(2) We provide quality control testing and analysis for each product line:<\/span><br \/><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\">a. Workers manufacture products in accordance with provided technical documents. The first few products of each day are checked first by the worker, and then by our full-time QC inspectors. Mass production begins only after the products have been tested and have passed inspection.<\/span><br \/><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\">b. During mass production, personnel periodically check products to ensure randomized testing. Our QC team completes inspection tours, and parts are spot-checked before moving on to the next phase of production.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"qk-md-paragraph\"><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\"><br \/>(3) Finished products are thoroughly checked to determine their quality level.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"qk-md-paragraph\"><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\"><br \/>(4) Quality feedback from the marketing department is rapidly and efficiently delivered to the QC and technical departments, allowing design improvements and corrections to happen as quickly as possible.<\/span><\/div><div class=\"qk-md-paragraph\"><span class=\"qk-md-text complete\"><br \/>(5) FMEA, DFMEA, and control plans are used for each product for traceability.
